Return and Refund Policy

If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received
are defective, please email info@mila-amsterdam.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 14
days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.
Requesting a return
● Please download, print and complete the return form if you have not already done so. Request the return form via the form below.
● Send your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@mila-amsterdam.com by email.
● Once approved, ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions below.
● Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your parcel.
● Use an insured tracked service to ensure your parcel arrives safely with us.
● Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@mila-amsterdam.com

Return Conditions and Guidelines:
● All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original plastic packaging.
● We are not responsible for the cost of returning items.
● Ensure all returned items are properly packaged so they are not damaged in the post.
● Ensure all return parcels are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.
● Ensure the return form has been approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via the email address below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure to provide the parcel with a Track and Trace
code.
As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the parcel, we will ensure that the
