Order and delivery
Have you found a Mila Amsterdam item you absolutely must have? Great!
Now select a color and/or size and click ‘add to cart’.
Of course, you can continue shopping; you can always return to your
shopping cart by clicking on the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right corner.
Please note: items in your shopping cart are not reserved.
Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the
‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right to go to your Mila Amsterdam items.
On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary.
Then click the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. You will now arrive at the
checkout page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Please note: Once you have completed your order, you cannot change it,
because your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as
soon as possible.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Mila Amsterdam covers the shipping costs. So you pay no shipping costs.*
* You will need to pay the shipping costs to return your item.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order
via the order status page; you will receive a link to this via email once your
order has been shipped.
It may sometimes take a while for the Track & Trace status to become available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Mila Amsterdam aims for fast delivery of products. If you place an order
before 3 PM on weekdays, we aim to process your order the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly by our suppliers. As a result, the average
delivery time is approximately 10 working days.
4. I AM NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days
at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a
notification from the driver, which will include the pick-up location.
After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our
warehouse.
5. WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided
shipping address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and
shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect
shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you
believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your
Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address -
but you have not received your order - please report this. 14 days after the
indicated delivery date, an investigation will be initiated
by PostNL, and we will keep you informed until the end of the
investigation.
